1 How to Complete Registration? (Registration कैसे करें?)
STEP 1
N.I.C.E. Education के Online Portal पर जाएं और Sign Up / New Registration विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
Visit the N.I.C.E. Education Online Portal and click on the Sign Up / New Registration option.
STEP 2
Registration के समय अपना स्वयं का सक्रिय Mobile Number और Email ID दर्ज करें।
Enter your own active Mobile Number and Email ID during registration.
STEP 3
सभी आवश्यक जानकारी ध्यानपूर्वक भरने के बाद Submit करें।
Carefully fill in all the required information and then click Submit.
STEP 4
यदि registration process में OTP verification मांगा जाता है, तो registered mobile number पर प्राप्त OTP दर्ज करके verification पूरा करें।
If OTP verification is required during the registration process, enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete verification.
⚠ अपना Mobile Number, Email ID, OTP या Login Password किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ साझा न करें।
Do not share your Mobile Number, Email ID, OTP, or Login Password with anyone.
2 Keep These Documents Ready (Documents तैयार रखें)
आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू करने से पहले सभी आवश्यक documents की स्पष्ट scanned copies तैयार रखें।
Before starting the application process, keep clear scanned copies of all required documents ready.
Format: JPG / PDF / PNG • Max size: 200 KB each
✓ Passport Size Photograph
✓ Signature
✓ Qualification Certificate / Marksheet
✓ Aadhaar Card / ID Proof
महत्वपूर्ण: Documents हमेशा original documents से scan करके ही upload करें और portal द्वारा निर्धारित file size एवं format का पालन करें।
Important: Always scan and upload documents from the originals and follow the file size and format requirements specified by the portal.
3 Application Form भरते समय

अपना नाम, जन्मतिथि और Qualification Documents के अनुसार भरें।Enter your Name, Date of Birth, and Qualification exactly as mentioned in your documents.

Mobile Number और Email ID सही दर्ज करें।Enter your Mobile Number and Email ID correctly.

सभी Mandatory Fields को पूरा करें।Complete all mandatory fields.
- ✓
Documents को सही जगह upload करें।Upload the documents in the correct fields.
- ✓
Submit करने से पहले पूरी application को दोबारा check करें।Recheck the complete application before submitting it.

4 Fee Payment
Course/Admission Portal में Online Fee Payment की सुविधा उपलब्ध है, portal पर दिए गए available payment options से शुल्क जमा करें।
Online fee payment is available for your course/admission — pay using the available payment options provided on the portal.
UPI Payment
Debit Card (Master/Visa)
Credit Card (Master/Visa/RuPay)
Net Banking
Payment करने के बाद Transaction/Reference Details और Payment Receipt सुरक्षित रखें।
After making the payment, keep the transaction/reference details and payment receipt safely for future reference.
5 Form Preview & Submission
Documents upload करने के बाद Next / Preview option पर जाकर पूरी application check करें।
After uploading the documents, click on the Next / Preview option and check the complete application.
यदि सभी details सही हैं, तो Final Submit करें।
If all the details are correct, click Final Submit.
इसके बाद application form की PDF / Print / Screenshot अपने पास future reference के लिए सुरक्षित रखें।
After submission, keep the application form PDF / Print / Screenshot safely for future reference.
⚠ Very Important — अगर आप Cyber Café / Online Centre / eMitra / CSC या किसी अन्य platform से form भरवा रहे हैं, तो Final Submit करने से पहले पूरी application स्वयं check करें।
If you are getting the form filled through a Cyber Café / Online Centre / eMitra / CSC or any other platform, personally check the complete application before Final Submission.
